Stainless Steel Fine Mesh Strainer
The fat skimmer is made from 304 18/8 food grade stainless steel with ergonomic handle for fast, easy and complete separation of the floating fat, grease, foam or scum from your favorite broths, soups and stews. 9 inches length(including the handle) + 4 inches diameter mesh, the Lecture skimmer is small but perfect fit for most pots and pans. Dishwasher safe, simply wash with warm water and soap to reuse.
