Returns & Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

We are dedicated to ensuring every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return a product, please review the following policy and process carefully.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of the confirmed delivery date, depending on the product category. To verify eligibility, please contact our support team before initiating a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original, unaltered condition.
  • Original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

RMA Process

To initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Contact our customer support team to request an RMA authorization number.
  2. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit and include the RMA details inside the package.
  3. Ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund or replacement will be issued within the agreed timeframe.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized, special-order, or made-to-specification products.
  • Items damaged as a result of misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification.
