Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of the confirmed delivery date, depending on the product category. To verify eligibility, please contact our support team before initiating a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in its original, unaltered condition.
- Original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
RMA Process
To initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Contact our customer support team to request an RMA authorization number.
- Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit and include the RMA details inside the package.
- Ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.
- Upon receipt and inspection, a refund or replacement will be issued within the agreed timeframe.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized, special-order, or made-to-specification products.
- Items damaged as a result of misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification.
